Application Requirements

All applicants will be required to complete:

1. Student Application Packet

• Basic demographic information

• Eligibility Information (first generation information, tax information)

• Educational Information Release

• Student Questionnaire

2. Recommendation Packet

• School Counselor Recommendation form

• Math Teacher Recommendation form

• English Teacher Recommendation form

• Additional Teacher Recommendation form (optional)

Potential participants are given one week to complete the Student Application Packet and hand out their recommendation forms to teachers and school counselor.

Once all application materials have been received and eligibility has been confirmed, the student and a parent/guardian will be invited to complete an interview.
